StoryIntoVideo provides AI-powered tools to transform stories, scripts, and text into video content. Our services include script-to-video generation, AI image generation, AI video generation, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the original content you upload. Content generated using our AI tools is licensed to you according to your subscription plan. You are responsible for ensuring your input content does not infringe on third-party rights. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or systems. You may not resell or redistribute our services without authorization. You may not use automated means to access our services beyond normal API usage.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid features require a valid subscription or credit purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. For refund requests, please contact support@storyintovideo.com. Credits expire according to the terms of your subscription plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
