How do credits work?
Credits pay for what ends up on screen: the image for each shot and any shot you choose to animate. Premium narration costs credits too. Writing and editing the script, the standard voiceover, the storyboard and your characters’ portraits are free, so you can see the cast and the whole video planned out before you spend anything. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm.
Monthly or yearly — what changes?
With yearly billing you pay for 12 months up front and less overall. Credits still land monthly — 600, 1,500 or 3,500 depending on the plan — counted from your payment date, not all at once.
Do credits expire?
Monthly plan credits last until the end of that billing month. On a yearly plan, each month’s credits stay usable until your yearly term ends, so anything unused carries over within the year. Credit-pack credits expire after the number of days shown on the pack. The credits closest to expiring are always used first.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a payment. You get back the share of that payment’s credits you haven’t used; if they’re all used, there’s nothing left to refund. Email support@storyintovideo.com, and see our Refund Policy for how the amount is worked out.
How do credit packs work?
A pack is a one-time payment that never renews. Its credits arrive right after payment and last for the number of days shown on the pack. While it’s active you get the pack’s series limit. Packs stack with your plan and with each other.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work where your device supports them.
