Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new credits will be added immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise plans support invoicing.
How do credits work?
Credits are spent on visuals: generating a shot's image, and upgrading a shot to a motion video. The exact price is always shown on the button before you confirm — and on the pricing page. Everything else — script, voiceover, captions and the final render — is free.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits stay valid for the length of your billing period. Credit-pack credits follow the validity shown on the pack you buy. When you hold several batches, the ones expiring soonest are always spent first.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account Settings. After cancellation, you'll retain access to your remaining credits until they expire.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Yearly bills 12 months upfront at a lower effective monthly price. Your full yearly credit allowance is granted in one go the moment payment succeeds and stays valid for the whole year — it is not released month by month.
How do credit packs work?
Credit packs are a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. Credits are added the moment payment succeeds and expire after the validity period shown on the pack. Packs stack with your subscription and with each other, and credits closest to expiring are always spent first.
